Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the JobBoard+ platform and related services (“Service”), provided by Job Board Plus LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity.

2. Account Registration

• To use certain features, you must create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities under your account.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You may not:

• Use the Service to post, upload, or distribute unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or interfere with its operation.

4. Customer and Candidate Content

• Customers (job board owners) are responsible for the content they publish (job postings, resumes, company information, etc.).
• Candidates submitting applications or resumes understand their information will be shared with the job board operator.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or quality of user-generated content.

5. Subscription Plans and Payment

• Certain features require a paid subscription.
• Fees, billing terms, and subscription details will be disclosed at purchase.
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
• We may change fees or subscription terms with notice.

6. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights in the Service (software, design, logos, trademarks, etc.) remain owned by Job Board Plus LLC or its licensors.
• Customers retain rights to their content but grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to provide the Service.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms or applicable law.
• Fail to pay subscription fees when due.
• Engage in harmful or fraudulent activity.

You may stop using the Service at any time by closing your account.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Job Board Plus LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Job Board Plus LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in Delaware, except where prohibited by law.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
